What Spanish Immersion looks like

Our classroom operates primarily in Spanish. Children are immersed in the language through play, conversation, music, stories, routines, and everyday experiences. Teachers use visual supports, gestures, modeling, and repetition to make Spanish meaningful and accessible. English is used thoughtfully when needed to ensure every child feels safe, understood, and emotionally supported, while preserving the rich immersion experience that helps bilingualism flourish

We invite, model, encourage, and celebrate children's use of Spanish every day. We honor each child's pace, knowing that confident bilingual speakers are developed through joyful interactions, meaningful experiences, and trusting relationships rather than pressure.
